Since Montu is absent for three to six months fr ShBh, the senior most resident Champak was chosen as the acting manager. We were eight in all. After reading the previous meeting minutes, he calles tose present to give their feedback on the pas few weels before their holidays.
The following points were made: Bhoben mentioned rise in the market prices, Champak mentioned the nee of two or three spoons as well as a key that will be the Boben’s given to him when Bhoben is absent. Fr reminded the need of cleaning the rooms on Saturdays, of sparing electric current, on respecting the rules regarding use of radios and mobiles.
Redistribution of duties was finalized as follows. Some now have to cumulate two of them: chapel and hymns choice – Deepankor; substitute and electric bills – Keshob; management and repairs – Champak; birthday board – Ashish; Garden- Anugraha; Xavier Sadan and Bank – Bilou.
The preparation of St John de Britto’s feast to be held on Feb 4th, Monday was reported at a later date.
After thanking the chair, we all went to the chapel for evening prayer.

Bhoben managed to have our pile of rubbish removed from our small garden at a cost of 200/-. Good idea just before the celebration of our Feast .

Fr is out for the placing of 3 Stents at Birla and convalescence at SX after a massive heart attack the first day of his retreat at Durgapur. The angioplasty was very successful and performed by Dr Praharaj and Dr Coelens.
